Best known for its folk output in Manchester’s music scene, Dunk Le Chunk of the Red Deer Club presents a future vision - a barron landscape of nice noises, live acts and DJ’s with no singer-songwriters!
Featuring Hurra Caine Landcrash, LA77 and DJ sets from Raz (Starless & Bible Black) and Dunk Le Chunk
Hurra Caine Landcrash: Sounds like the name. Daniel Hopkins is an artist who makes music and films and is from the South West of England. His music is about landscapes, texture and the noise from within. His film work range from experimental short films about travelling, roads and architecture.
LA77: A South Manchester based DJ and producer who mixes up dark-hewn electronica with dub-heavy hip-hop beats. A collector of obsolete computer music making equipment, LA77 creates head-nodding bedroom electronica inspired by journeys on the Tokyo bullet train.
Dunk Le Chunk & Raz: DJ set playing only the finest mono slipper, wet beak and shandy jazz.
