Sarai is a highly influential research centre and network in India. Its large international network allows it to spread the word about free software cultures, introduce key texts, carry debates and discussions. "Cybermohalla" is the network of media laboratories established by Sarai in slum areas of Delhi, and "OPUS", is an online experiment in artistic production inspired by the free software movement.
